Patient information
Everything you need before you visit.
Simple guidance to help your visit go smoothly.
In a medical emergency, call 811 for an ambulance or go to the nearest hospital. Don’t use the online booking form for urgent care.
Before your visit
- Bring a valid photo ID.
- Bring a list of any medications you take, or the medications themselves.
- Bring recent test results, reports or referral letters if you have them.
- Arrive about 10 minutes early, especially on your first visit.
About appointment requests
- Booking online sends a request — it is not confirmed until our team contacts you.
- We'll call or email you to confirm, or to suggest another time if needed.
- Need to change or cancel? Please call the office as early as you can.
Blood tests
- Some tests need you to fast beforehand — ask us when you book.
- Drink water as normal unless you've been told otherwise.
- We'll let you know when and how your results will be shared.
Home visits
- Home visits are for patients who find it difficult to travel to the office.
- Call the office to arrange a visit and confirm the area we can cover.
- Have the patient's medications and any recent reports ready for the doctor.
